Phil began his career in construction as a Quantity Surveyor and brings over 25 years’ experience delivering large-scale projects. He has a strong background in the stadia and leisure sectors, giving him a deep understanding of the complexities involved in high-profile developments.

His commercial expertise enables us to work closely with clients to identify risks early and develop practical, value-driven solutions. Phil plays a key role in maintaining high standards across our commercial function, ensuring the right balance of safety, cost, and quality on every project.

He oversees our commercial, procurement, planning, and estimating teams, supporting a collaborative and consistent approach to project delivery.

Outside of work, Phil enjoys rugby, golf, walking, and field sports.
