With a strong background across the construction and infrastructure sectors, Mark Hughes brings significant expertise to his role as HSEQ Director. His experience spans sport and leisure, rail, security, nuclear, and major infrastructure projects, giving him a broad and well-rounded perspective on health, safety, and quality.

Mark plays a key role in ensuring Foxton’s projects are delivered to the highest standards, fostering safe, compliant, and high-performing working environments across all sites. His practical approach and industry knowledge support both project teams and clients in achieving consistent excellence.

Outside of work, Mark is a proud dad of two and a loving grandad to six granddaughters. He enjoys travelling with his wife and spending time riding and restoring his collection of 1960s classic scooters.
