Foxton Construction undertook an extensive refurbishment and extension to Aston Villa’s Club Shop at Villa Park. The project was undertaken in phases to ensure minimal disruption to retail operations creating a flagship retail environment next to the stadium.
The works included high end Adidas endorsed interior fit-out, upgrades to the building envelope, entrances and canopies all integrated into high quality external landscaping and public realm. As part of the development, we also delivered 2 floors of club office accommodation above the store.
