Foxton Construction converted an old industrial building situated on the north end of Villa Park into a state-of-the-art live entertainment venue and fan zone with a capacity of over 3,500 people.
The building includes a multi-use arena floor, separate food court concept, external event plaza and multi-use games area (MUGA). The project was delivered as part of the phase 1 redevelopment plans at Villa Park that convert the north end of the site into a high-quality fan-zone with a flagship retail store, muti-use arena and public realm.
