Foxton Construction is delighted to announce that Andrew Usher has joined the business as Partner, marking an exciting milestone in the company’s continued growth.

Having worked alongside Foxton Construction for several years, Andrew has a deep understanding of the company, its values and collaborative approach to delivering exceptional projects. His appointment reflects a shared vision for the future and strengthens the ownership team as Foxton continues to expand its portfolio across the sport and leisure sector.

A Chartered Architect and Executive MBA with more than 15 years’ experience, Andrew brings a unique perspective to the business. His design-led approach, combined with a deep understanding of construction delivery, enables Foxton to add value from the outset. By balancing architectural vision with buildability, technical requirements and value engineering opportunities, Andrew helps ensure projects are delivered efficiently without compromising on quality or design.

Andrew has held senior positions within leading architectural practices and specialist sports agencies, delivering large-scale developments across the sport, leisure, commercial and infrastructure sectors. Most recently, he led the design teams for Aston Villa’s new Club Shop, Fan Zone and multi-purpose event venue, as well as the first in a portfolio of David Lloyd’s new flagship leisure clubs. This breadth of experience, together with his strengths in client liaison, stakeholder management and design leadership, makes Andrew an exceptional addition to the business.
