Foxton Construction is pleased to announce its appointment on the redevelopment of the Supporter Village at Northampton Saints’ cinch Stadium at Franklin’s Gardens.

Following the recent grant of planning permission, the scheme marks the next phase of the Club’s long-term masterplan and represents a significant investment in the future of the stadium and its supporter facilities.

Construction is scheduled to commence this summer, with completion planned before the start of the 2026/27 season.

The redevelopment will transform the existing Supporter Village into a larger, more accessible space, creating an enhanced environment for supporters on matchdays while supporting year-round use. The scheme includes a permanent covered event space, upgraded food and beverage facilities, improved infrastructure, dedicated family and community areas, and enhanced entrances designed to elevate the overall visitor experience.

Foxton Construction was delighted to be selected to deliver the scheme alongside Northampton-based architects pHp, quantity surveyors CS2, and the wider project team. As long-standing supporters of Northampton Saints, the appointment holds particular significance for the Foxton team, who are proud to be playing a role in the continued development of one of the region’s most iconic sporting venues.
